Villa Policies

Welcome to our exclusive villa! We strive to provide a comfortable and luxurious experience for all our guests. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that you follow the policies outlined below.

General Policies

1. Security Deposit & Damages
  • A refundable security deposit of 1000 AED is required at check-in. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or its contents.

  • Guests are responsible for maintaining the villa and its belongings. Any damages, missing items, or excessive mess requiring deep cleaning may result in a partial or full deduction from the security deposit.

  • Use of party materials such as balloons, confetti, firecrackers, or similar decorations is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in additional charges.

  • ​If the cancellation is made 14 days before the check-in date full refund minus the processing fees of around 3% , and if cancellation is made less than 14 days before check-in the entire amount is deducted and no refund. translate this into arabic

2. Guest Capacity & Additional Visitors
  • The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests for overnight stays and up to 12 guests during the day.

  • Additional guests beyond the specified limit will incur extra charges per guest.

  • Unauthorized visitors or extra guests without prior approval from the management are strictly prohibited.

3. Check-in & Check-out
  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM

  • Check-out time: Before 12:00 PM

  • We understand that you may want to enjoy every moment of your stay, and we truly appreciate that! However, we kindly ask that you check out on time so our cleaning team can prepare the villa for the next guests.

  •  If you need a little extra time, let us know in advance—late check-out is subject to availability.

4. Cleaning & Housekeeping
  • The villa is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment.

  • Daily garbage disposal and fresh towels are provided for your convenience

  • While our team takes care of the cleaning, we kindly ask that you help keep the villa tidy—placing trash in the provided bags and returning furniture to its original place ensures a pleasant experience for everyone.

5. Smoking & Noise Regulations
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa, including all rooms. However, designated smoking areas are available outside for your convenience.

  • To ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay for all guests, we kindly ask that loud music, parties, and large gatherings be kept outside the villa. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

6. Pool Usage & Safety 
  • The swimming pool is available for guest use, but please be cautious and use it responsibly

  • For your safety, children must be supervised at all times when near the pool.

  • While we strive to maintain a secure environment, the villa administration cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries.

7. Catering & Outside Services
  • To ensure smooth operations, catering services and outside vendors can only enter after the check-in process is completed and the deposit is collected.

  • Please inform us in advance if you plan to hire external services.

8. Payment & Booking Policy
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • We do not accept partial payments or reservations without full payment confirmation.

9. Early Check-in & Late Check-out Requests
  • Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated based on availability.

  • Guests can check our website one day before arrival to see if the villa is available for early check-in or late check-out. If available, a request can be made.
